Take in the Baltimore Herb Festival in Baltimore, Maryland, and stop into see Blackthorn Lavender while you're there! The Baltimore Herb Festival, established in 1987, is fund-raising project to support the care, maintenance, and repair of the 1859 Winans Chapel in Leakin Park. It also promotes the value of using and growing herbs through an annual festival.
